Shipping policy

We’re a small and growing business, all orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified by our shipping partners about dispatched, in-transit and delivered order status. It usually takes 7 to 14 days to deliver your order, depending on the delivery location.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide free shipment on all orders above ₹3000/-.

In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free-local-pickup at our studio, located in Zirakpur, Punjab. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at the checkout, your order will be ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and the complete pickup address.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
