Cancellations:
To cancel your order, email us at vajeeta@thenookshelf.com or WhatsApp at +91 7626838289 with your order ID within 24 hours of placing order.
We’ll refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. No cancellation fee applies if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns & Exchange:
Since all our ceramics undergo stringent packaging measures for deliveries, we do not offer returns or exchanges (however, full refund is provided in case of damages occurred during the delivery). You are requested to read the product page for details before placing the order and contact us for any queries.
Refunds on Damages and Issues during the delivery:
We make sure you receive your orders safely without any breakage. However, we provide complete assistance in resolving minor issues or offer full refund in case your order arrives damaged due to unfortunate reasons. Please note that the refund is only applicable on orders that might break during the delivery. Any minor differences in size or colour will not be applicable for return or refund as handmade products are naturally one-of-a-kind. To report an issue or request refund for damaged deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours once your package is delivered.
